Pastel Hair is everywhere right now!  What used to be considered a rebellious punk like thing to do is now pushing the trends down the most cutting edge runway shows. At New York's Fashion Week it was all anyone could write about.  So this is something that done right can feel very trend savvy instead of 15 year old rebel who dyes there hair with every fight she gets into with her mom, :-)
